Hey Degenerates,

Just got back from Amherst, MA from my first real college tour. When I first left for this tour, my mind was set on Columbia. Columbia University's name alone opens doors, but I really do not want to spend the next two years completely miserable in the process. Amherst University seems to have a similar academic reputation, however, the campus is beautiful. The students seem to have that academic assertiveness, which I crave. However, I heard the stipend I receive from my scholar program is lighter than usual upon move to the next school.

So what to do for money? Should I be looking to get a job? Just to stack up chips.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to start the job hunt for when the semester ends. Let us get these grades up until then.

Don, Amherst has will also cover some of your expenses, so don't worry about the money.
